If you are looking at purchasing or selling a condominium, I have served as Board President for Lakemont Crest, a 52-unit condo complex, helping transition our development from builder to homeowner management. Working with the homeowners and management company, I know the in's and out's of condo ownership and what challenges you may face.

As a past board member and President of the South Cove community, a 289 home community, I also have experience with those planned communities being goverened by a set of CC&R's (Codes, Covenants, and Restrictions.)  My varried backgrounds and positions ensure my client's receive tested and proven knowledge and skills with the all of the varying situations surrounding condomiums, residential homes, and even vacant land.
